Your goal is to guess the secret city of the day in 10 tries or less. With every guess, you'll get clues based on different attributes like Continent, Country, Population, and more. For numerical values, arrows (↑/↓) will point you in the right direction. For the distance, an arrow will point you towards the target city! The tile colors (Correct, Close, Wrong) will guide you to the correct answer.
Yes, Globr.io is completely free to play. The goal is to make learning about geography and world cities fun and accessible to everyone.
A new mystery city is released every day at midnight (CET). This applies to both Normal and Expert mode, so there's always a new challenge waiting for you.
In Normal mode, the city of the day is chosen from a list of more well-known cities. In Expert mode, the difficulty is significantly increased as the selection is made from the entire database—including rarer and more obscure locations. A true test for the geography buff!
